I’m not a stager, but I know how to tell a story. Whether the story is evident on our first listing appointment, sitting down at your favorite table - so placed to take in the morning light over the hydrangeas, or it’s a story of what a space could be, your sale will come down to our ability to tell a compelling story, so I include much of what I do in the cost of my commission, and let you know the upside of doing little things outside the scope of my staging services (painting, minor repairs, etc..) so you can make an informed decision. If I think a seller won’t yield at least 4 to 10x the cost in a future sale, I don’t recommend it. And whatever my clients’ decide, I get to work to finish the story where they’ve left off.
